Yoga is a practice that will bring both your mind and body into alignment. When I come to the mat I want to feel comfortable to travel at my own pace but also be provided the opportunity to be challenged. It is this experience that I strive to provide my students and the reason that I love this practice so much. Whether we are together in a Restorative class or a faster more active Vinyasa class, you will be supported both physically and mentally. Whether you are new to the practice or a seasoned practitioner you will feel confident that you will be guided through a practice that will leave you feeling grounded, stretched and more aligned in mind and body. The 4 seasons, the moon, and weather of our beautiful Vancouver local are in constant change, just in this way you will experience a class which will reflect the bhava (mood/energy) of that moment, which will nurture your own inner fire.
